EU fertilising products regulation enters full application

Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 has replaced the former Regulation (EC) 2003/2003 as the framework for CE-marked fertilising products. Products placed on the EU market must now fall within one of seven product function categories and use only permitted component materials, with cadmium limits applying to phosphate fertilisers.
