Wilbur-Ellis Company, founded in 1921 and headquartered in San Francisco, is a family-owned international marketer, distributor and manufacturer of agricultural products, animal nutrients and specialty chemicals and ingredients. It operates through three divisions: Agribusiness, the largest family-owned agricultural retail distribution business in the United States; Connell Brothers, a leading specialty chemicals distributor in the Asia-Pacific; and the Feed Division.

The Agribusiness division generates more than 2 billion US dollars in sales revenue annually through more than 160 branch locations across the United States, supplying crop protection products, seed, fertilizer, micronutrients and biological inputs alongside soil and tissue sampling, field scouting and application services. Company-wide sales exceed 3 billion US dollars. Its precision farming software, AgVerdict, combines field-specific data with agronomic knowledge for nutrient planning and crop monitoring.

In 2019 the company completed its largest acquisition, Nachurs Alpine Solutions, a specialty liquid chemical manufacturer serving precision agriculture, transportation, energy and diversified industrial markets in North America. Its branded crop nutrition technologies include the WIL-COTE controlled-release nitrogen line and the PERFECTION blended fertilizer range for turf and ornamental professionals.
